User Time

Dealing with incorrect time settings on viewers machines

Sometimes user’s system clocks can’t be trusted to have the correct time. For example users that live near a timezone border may manually set their timezone and adjust the system clock by an hour.

MEDKit provides a function to get a more accurate date object. The SDK talks to the server on load to figure out the time offset. Calling getOffsetDate will return a Date object representing the real time.
